Cardio + Leg day + Yoga stretching complete! Bodyweight R2 D23
Hello everyone!
Today I completed the scheduled 3/5 cardio workout and EC full body yoga stretching , I also felt like I could do more today, so I found an extra lower body strength routine
Then did the cooldown and yoga stretching (56 mins of workout in total). It was really fitting because I am trying to incorporate more weight training when I can and today seemed like a perfect opportunity. it left my legs feeling like jelly and I really enjoyed it! ;D
As for food, today I cooked a risotto with broccoli, green beans, eggs and mozzarella. Its great with soy sauce!
