Thoughts on the kickboxing challenge

I finished today! I did it because kickboxing has never been my favorite. My takeaways: I can do these routines: I am able to do elaborate sequences. I burned a ton of calories on kickboxing days. My upper body, especially my shoulders, have gotten buffer. I still don't favor kickboxing workouts, but I am glad I tried and completed it.
