I am finishing up FB Abs 2 and thinking to do FB Sweat or FB Blend next. Can someone who has done both, share your experience and what you found different between the two?
I've completed FB Strength, FB Fit R2, and I am just about finishing up FB Abs 2 in that order.
I am trying to lose body fat, build curves, and tone up. I am petite and most of my weight is from the waist up; short torso with mostly boobs and stomach.
Any suggestions on Blend vs. Sweat would be greatly appreciated.
