Today I had to reschedule my Bodyweight 2 workout, it was supposes to be an upper body kickboxing workout 4/5 and to be honest, I didnt feel up to it, Im still sore from Day 16 so I didnt want to overdo it with another 4/5 upper body routine.
Instead I found a 3/5 total body cardio workout that was quite a challenge, Im having a little hard time adjusting to longer intervals (30+ secs). Who would want to do burpees for longer than 20 seconds right? 😅😂 it was fitting though, it got me moving and jumping and I needed that, Im sure tomorrow will be a great day to continue with Bodyweight and tackle that upper body workout 💪
Now Im off to have a shower, a nice meal and do some more work. Feel free to comment your workout complete (or workout to be?😁)
