Hello all. Just wondering if anyone has done Low Impact would recommend it to someone who is not a beginner? I workout almost everyday and I love HIIT (most of the time) and strength training. Sometimes I would like to slow it down between programs, for example when I have done Sweat or most recently Fit R2. And sometimes Pilates and strength training without going too heavy makes me happy. I regretted not purchasing Low Impact last time in April during the first deeply discounted offer. I just thought it might be too easy. I would hate to miss out. Since the first round of deeply discounted offers, I have learned not to discount any type of training and/or workout. Just try everything has been my mantra. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated. Thanks friends.
