So I've posted both of these pics separately before, but recently my partner put together my very first 'Before' pic (from January 2019), and my most recent 'After' pic, from when I finished FB Sweat in May/June 2020!
Until he did that I didn't realise how much progress I'd actually made!
I'm so motivated by how far I've come and really want to keep going!
There's about 20-25lb difference in these two pics I think? I know that doesn't seem like much for well over a year 😂😂 but i think losing the weight slowly has made it more sustainable, and allowed me to create healthier habits slowly over time.
