Awesome strength routine, loved it. I was so sweaty by the end that my hands kept slipping from the floor during stretches! TOASTED. DRENCHED IN SWEAT! 🥵👍😏

I know the main had cooldown on its own, but I prefer longer stretches after any lower routine - it helps me avoiding stiffness. And also it feels nice after doing EC as well. 😉
