I need some suggestions please!

Hi everyone,

I have a bit of a concern that I’m dealing with at the moment. I measured my waist this morning before eating or drinking anything, and it went up by an inch from about a couple of months or so ago. I exercise 5-6 times a week, doing bodyweight/HIIT core workouts, upper body strength, and lower body strength workouts twice. I make sure to eat in a balanced manner, incorporating fats, protein, and carbohydrates. I also don’t restrict, so if I’m craving sweets or salty and savoury foods, I eat it, but a decent portion of it, not too small not, too big. I also walk my dog for 30-50 minutes 4-7 times a week.

Am I doing something wrong? I’m not trying to lose weight just trying to maintain it. Should I be concerned?
