Calorie estimates in strength training

Hi guys, while I understand that calorie burn estimates vary hugely, I am wondering what the range of those estimates mean in FB's strength training workout videos. For instance, if a lower body workout is estimated to burn 200-400 calories, is the minimum value i.e. 200 indicating an approximate minimum calorie burn for the same weights lifted as K&D, OR they give the lowest estimate as if the exercises were being done just with bodyweight? (As K&D often say that we can get a great workout in with proper form with just bodyweight too!)
