And so, I went with the first option as I'm a fan of high/low and active/static routines. With all I did today, it definitely felt like more than just Level 3. Even the stretching was an effort...🙄 Maybe my beast wants to hibernate? 😅 However, we must finish this week the same as we started- beastly strong and crazy, almost berserk style. 😉😈
