I crave carbs. I have a sweet tooth and am a pandemic Sourdough and quick bread baker. And I realize that my diet is carb & coffee heavy and veggie lite... This may be why I am on a longterm weight loss plateau/slow gain pattern. (I've already added strength training and rest days to my routine and do calorie count.) I don't want to go on a no carbs plan as my doctor said they're no good long term.
Can anyone share a meal idea where you replace carbs in a dinner with something that is still satisfying and flavorful? Like cauliflower crust pizza, for example. Or maybe a favorite veggie side?
