Weekend Check-In: Saturday, August 8

Hello lovely Blendfriends! How are you? How you and Saturday are getting along? I hope well but if not, give it a chance and it'll get better in some point. You know, nothing is for ever. Me and Saturday just started with this awesome cup of coffee. It's a cloudy, rainy(not the coffee, the sky๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‰) one here which is just fine by me. Hope i can walk my FT though.

I have a beautiful flower for your eyes today. I stole the view from someone's front porch. I don't know the name or any other info( we need some Raven for this part๐Ÿ˜Š). Anyway, i hope you enjoy it.

Another thing that most of us enjoy is exercising. I look forward to it everyday. How about you? How much you enjoy your fitness routine? Which time of the day you like to workout? What spot in your home is your little "gym"? Share with us if you'd like to! I like to do it in the morning in our living room and stream the videos on TV. I have to carry my mat and weights every time.

Today i have hiit LB ST and an ab routine as an EC. What about you my friends? Share your FB calendar(or any other activities, rest) with us if you'd like.

Foods...yes, we have to replenish our bodies with goodness of our choices to function and repair. What's traveling from your mouth down on your GI tract journey? I'm making Persian patties called Kotlet. They're served as sandwiches with fresh herbs, tomatoes and pickles. What ever's on your dinner table, i hope you enjoy. Let's not forget to HYDRATE guys!
