Hi all. I have been on a bit of a break from tje community the past 3 weeks because we are on sunmerbreak. I have been working out 6 days a week still (5 active, 1 recovery) plus my yogaclass. Sometimes I do bouldering instead of a FB workout.
It is hot here at the moment (30+ celcius and humid!) so being used to morning workouts is a good thing right now. I have been wearing skirts with no pants underneath and no chafing, that is a big NSV :)
The other NSV is, that looking at my picture taken at bouldering yesterday, I felt pretty pleased with how I look. My son made a video of me climbing this project and on the wall it feels so much more difficult then how it looks on video. I think I might do Flex again to gain some upperbody strength, I find that I miss that quite a bit when climbing.
I have 4 days of FB30r4 left, and then I have a working out break because I am going camping with my son.
