FB Bodyweight round 2 - day 3 complete !

after 2 weeks of consistent FB workouts I noticed on this particular workout (https://www.fitnessblender.com/videos/no-equipment-butt-and-thigh-workout-fat-burning-cardio-intervals) that I didnt need to make longer pauses and that my endurance increased ! :) I am so happy about it and looking forward to test it on a HIIT workout on Friday!
