HKS (Healthy, Kind and Support) Accountability Group August 2

Heya sweet folks,

How's the Sunday coming along? It's been a slow but slightly productive at my end. This Sunday also allows me to pass on the hosting baton to Christmene. I've had so much fun hosting this past week. Thank you immensely for all those who participated, shared, and to all those who read, and make this community what it is πŸ₯° I got to know so much through each of your stories and experiences. I'd chosen self-reflection as the theme, hope you all liked it. Big group hug πŸ₯°πŸ€—

I'd like to acknowledge and thank Storm for having started this thread about over an year and half ago and doing this almost continuously for so long, besides introducing a thought for the day idea as well. Thank you very much Storm πŸ€—

Here's a quote from mon cahier: "Lorsque vous dites 'oui' aux autres, assurez-vous que vous ne dites pas 'non' Γ  vous-mΓͺme"/ "When you say 'yes' to others, make sure you don't say 'no' to yourself" ~ Paulo Coelho

As Storm says today is self-care Sunday. So in doing so, here's a small reminder to always treat yourself with love, forgiveness and care! Today's post is dedicated to this community that does so much to remind me to be exactly that, myself and to be kind to myself. I remember I was feeling low one day last week, and I got "you do you". Thank you FB family for being there. Found you end of March (but feels longer, isn't it?) during confinement, managed by mental and physical well-being. Now it's a constant part of me πŸ₯° Immensely grateful.

So what's your FB story and what does this community do for you most, amongst many other things?

Workouts: Normally I don't workout on Sundays. But as I'm off next week, I just had to jump off my chair and do a workout. I tried Kelli's newly released Plus Total Body workout and now I feel great πŸ˜ŠπŸ™‚ How's it going for you?

Here's to a kind Sunday and a fabulous week ahead to my FB family πŸ€—
