This is bit of a personal question for the ladies at FB about loss of periods...
a bit of background, I was training alot for school (track etc) , took a break and I am now working out everyday as I want to keep my fitness and strength (usually 3-4 times strength and 2-3 HIIT with 1-2 days kind of lower intensity cardio, toning) and I haven't had my period in 3 months. I have also just checked the scale and I have gone from 116lbs( 53kg) to 101lbs (48kg) since the last time I checked back in march! I had no idea I had even lost this much! I am 5,7 (170cm). I havent been doing much more exercise than when at school...
How do I gain the weight back healthy or should I cut back on my exercise routine?
Should I be worried?
