Heya sweet folks,

We are just a day from the weekend! ๐Ÿ™‚ Yay! Again, thank you all for sharing your stories yesterday, it was so good to read them all! ๐Ÿ™‚

Well, if you haven't yet guessed it, we are gonna bring food into our check ins today ๐Ÿ™‚ I've always believed that food and food choices are very intimate and personal and they can be a source of joy indeed. Food habits also vary culturally a lot. While I'm predominantly vegetarian, I have chicken sometimes, on the other hand my boyfriend hardly understands veggies in the plate. But รงa va ๐Ÿ™‚ Every time, I have a good meal, it puts me in a better mood, if I am not in one already. So there ๐Ÿ™‚

My favorite food would have to be 'warm' cannot do cold sandwiches or salads. Not that I don't, when I travel, that's all that I do, but my stomach and heart smile when the food is served warm ๐Ÿ˜Š I am not a great cook, but my normal go-to meal is (brown) rice + veggie curry/stir fry + eggs. Mais of course, I love desserts too, mostly chocolate ๐Ÿซ based or even simple mango ice cream ๐Ÿ˜

So what's your go-to meal? Does your food influence your mood and what does it mean to you?

Workouts: I did the Pulse challenge this morning with upper body workout. Enjoyed it really ๐Ÿ™‚ How's your workout with all this heat?๐Ÿ”ฅ
