So now that our garden is in full swing it is producing more than we can eat (well of some things), and since we are staying at home except for absolute necessity there is less opportunity to hand off veggies to family and friends. So what to do.... make it shelf stable and keep it for later of course.

We are dehydrating some zucchini in this batch we will see how it goes.
