Daily Check-in: Tuesday, July 28th

Hey there and welcome to Tuesday. This Eastern Milkpea will be your greeter for your eyes today. It's a vine that lightly leans on its neighbors, taking advantage of a local support system. Nice to have support. Kinda like here. Except we are not local, nor vine vines gently twisting around each other...you know what, nevermind. You guys are great. No comparisons or analogies needed.

Anyway, so how are you doing? Yesterday, was kinda of a blah mood for me. My brain was in a serious fog. The AC did arrive, but uh, we didn't install it🙈 ..Got too late, too much going on, but I think today it will happen. It has to, lol. I'm ready to say goodbye to my summer home.

As for workouts; well, I've been itching to try the latest kickboxing video, and I feel all rested up and a good desire to give the air a good smacking. But what are you doing? Or something else? Remember that any minutes are better than zero minutes. So how much time are you spending on yourself today be it a rest or sweat session? Working out is never a selfish thing, so feel proud that you are making you a priority.

Okay, no transition here, but food can show up anytime! What will you be fueling and refueling yourself with? There is some pork I'm eyeing for dinner. Maybe pork tacos? It's so easy to find things that can go in a wrap. Toppings of avocado, tomatoes, jalapeños. Yep, nothing like listing food toppings that makes me excited and sold for a #tacotuesday!

Alright. I hope everyone is doing alright for the most part. It's okay not to be okay. Just allow that things don't always go to plan, breathe through it and try and have the best day you can. Best not always being great, but just what you can do personally for the time in the day.
