Total rejuvenation

Man...I coupled day 3 of the FB you choose challenge, the upper body lifting one, with the 30 minute yoga and stretch for sore and stiff muscles...followed by the after workout recovery banana smoothie....I can't reccomend this hard enough. I feel delicious. I was super sore in the lower body from day 2 lower body HIIT/Strength training combo..Kellie is so right about the importance of stretching...my body feels SO much better. Salud.
