I actually tackled the 1000 calorie monster.π₯΅ However, I did this 16' workout from Pulsing Option 2, instead of some of the original HIITing. Ouch! π³π I will feel that for quite some time, me thinks. There was crying, moaning, and cussing involved. As was laying on the floor. ππ
