Oh my! That 1000 calorie workout....is done!

Hi all,

I have to admit that I had to work myself to do this workout. I woke up tired and really had to push myself to get this done. But I did it. Slowly, gently, Keeping an eye on form and lifting a bit lighter- but still feeling it.

It's a great workout. I found the HIIT a bit long but it is fast paced so it goes by relatively quickly. I couldn't quite keep up with Kelli (she was very energetic) but that's okay. The HIIT reminded me just how much I HATE lateral jumps!!! And they showed up TWICE! I wasn't impressed so I kind of slid about doing those while muttering under my breath. But the core and strength sections were great! This workout was a bit of a sweatfest and I could have done with a longer cool down- it seemed a bit rushed but I also could have added one on.

So....glad I pushed myself to do this. Glad I listened to my body which is a bit tired. Glad it's over. Glad I can head to the kitchen and scrounge up some food and tea!

How is everyone else faring with the workout? Good luck to everyone and congrats to Nana who completed her second 1000 calorie workout yesterday. What about your husband, Lea? Is he going to celebrate his upcoming birthday with a workout????
