So first thing - i have officially gone from gym rat to home workout person! i feel now like not only am i getting a better workout here, im working out more! - covid it does crazy things to you haha - thank you kelly and daniel!
so... i finished up Fit2 today!! i was all gungho at the beginning but we went on a little vaca over July 4th and i lost it a little but. its done!
PFT - i dont run so my personal goal was pushup claps - still only 2 - but i think its because im afraid to fall on my face haha
Full P/U- 12 - 20 - woo!
Half - 15 - 20
Squats 14 - 20 (both with 40lbs)
static low plank 2:01.40 - 2:26.38(woo)
sit and reach: -9inches - -8.5 inches - yes still a work in progress !
so since im doing modeling and theres no slacking - tomoro im starting/redoing Abs2 - because i did not get everything out of it i could the first time and im doing Flex 💪🏻 i know everything can be rescheduled and moved around so.. no excuses!
