I got through Week 5 after taking a mid-program break last week and feel so much better for it!
Really enjoyed all the workouts this week - particularly the one that came from the Strong and Lean Challenge! I obviously need to revisit that challenge at some point!
Goal for next week is to really focus on my nutrition - I've really dropped the ball on that lately. But right now I'm tucking into a homemade veggie-packed tomato sauce with pasta, which feels nice and healthy!
