Removing Dairy from my diet

I have been working out and feeling pretty good over the last year but have also been feeling really bloated (sorry for TMI). I am lactose intolerant but have only really cut out milk and ice cream. For the next 10 days I want to cut out all dairy to see if it helps. Dairy seems to be in many many things and I love cheese. Any advice or good alternatives to try because if it helps I would like to try and remove it for the most part permanently.
