I love me (LOL) for getting out of my comfort zone
Hi Fitness Blender fellows out there!
I don't know exactly what's happening with me today. This morning I did my upperbody workout (my own 30-Minute Super Combo of strength training with dumbbells from Fitness Blender + arm Pilates from Blogilates + cardio from Fitness Blender). Loved everything!
And just now, this afternoon...
I just did a 2nd round workout. Never did this before in my adult life! I felt that I wanted to move my body differently and this 30-Minutes Tabata Hip-Hop has been lurking around and waving at me to try it.
I remember commenting on Zoe's post a couple of days ago about trying new things whether it's a workout or a foreign language lesson, or anyhing else. So this is it!
I just did this Tabata Hip-Hop workout. I must admit that I clearly DON'T have/own that particular groove/twerk move :D I couldn't go as low as they did. But, the good news is that I did ALL the moves - including the jumps - until the end (at slower pace) without taking a longer/extra break.
