Last week I did really well when it came to food. I was cooking FB recipes each day and I ate only healthy treats. At the end of the week I was in the mood for a cheat day what means I need actively go to the shop to get some sweets, because I normally don’t have much or nothing at home. On the way I got stuck in traffic and while waiting I changed my mind and turned around. That never happened before. At home I ate the last bit of chocolate I could find and switched over to healthy stuff like yoghurt with fruits and healthy left-overs. That was a very new experience for me. So far so good. I call it a half cheat day because I ate more than it is actually good for me, but mainly with the right stuff. A full cheat day would be just tons of sweets and no proper food. However, next day again, I didn’t go to the shop this time just to buy sweets, but our neighbour brought something over and I started to eat from it way too much and then switched back to healthy stuff. That happened three days in a row. I’m getting a bit frustrated by now. I can see the improvement to full cheat days, but it is summing up.
Any advise or idea what I could do? How are you handling your cheat days?
