For those who already suffered through yesterday pulsing how is it today? Maybe it's easier when you know it's arms day...or not? 😉😅 So, on todays menu:
Well... my, oh my... this workout is sneaky tough!😅 I went into it thinking it would be fairly easy, but came out of it seriously humbled. 😉 I was lifting way lighter, but my arms are still like jelly. So, I only did about half of EC. In my opinion - great workout. 😊
