Low Cost/Minimal Home Gym | ADVICE

Hey! I'm new here, obviously,

I want to start my journey to weight loss - I'm 6'4" and weigh 160kg/352lbs.

I was curious as to what equipment people typically use the most here, I intended to get started with the 30m 8 week plan, and I have some cash - about $400AUD/282USD - set aside to buy things. just not sure what.

I was going to get a bench and some basic weights (up to 50KG total) but was hoping to get some feedback for those who are more experienced haha.
