I burned my hand pulling something out of the oven. It's painful, but not hospital bad.
Any recs for a no equipment (can't hold dumbells at the moment) lower body workout that doesn't need me to put my palms to the floor (like in a burpie)?
It's legs day and I was pretty stoked for my workout :/
