Hi all! My sons summerholiday officialy starts today. He has already had a week of because he finished elementary/primary school this year. We have some plans for summer so I decided to take a little break from posting here often. I am still doing my workouts, but will be taking a full break when we go on holiday.
I am still going to focus on nutrition, especially now during the holiday. The mealplan is really nice. I had a lot of really nice meals last week and never felt hungry. Apperently I do well on 2 snacks a day :)
I am making some adjustments this week since I am the only one following the plan and I had lots of stuff that I did not use completely and I hate to throw away food...
I know weight is just a number, but I was still quite pleased to see the effect the plan has: I am finally under the 70kg again (154 lbs), just barely, but still. It has been a while. Best part: it shows..
Tjeerd and I are going for a long walk today with a friend. Then we will have some soup for lunch and go bouldering again.
