FB Sweat day 5 complete! and a pleasant surprise....

Hello fellow blenders and happy weekend

So I made it through week one of Sweat. So far am loving it some days I have done the EC and others the main workout. It seems to be working for me, I was finding myself daunted by the longer workouts in Fit. This way I get a good workout in and I don't feel guilty if I don't do the EC.

So today was this;

I was pleasantly surprised as I have done this one before and really struggled. I remember taking extra breaks and being so puffed out by the end. I mainly did LI and some BW only (the knees again!) and I swapped a couple of moves for the same reason. But, I didn't need any extra breaks, could up my weights on some moves and I am sure my breathing came back to normal way more quickly at the end.

One thing I will say is I was so hungry after doing this! normally workouts kind of stunt my appetite for a little while and I have to make sure I eat. Today I sort of run through the shower into the kitchen for a lovely brunch!

I can see that next week is a festival of HIIT and cardio so will have to see how that goes!
