So today was day #17 of Sweat. I still am not feeling well, but pushed through to earn another #WorkoutComplete!

I know I am going to feel this tomorrow!
I did have a (rather odd) non-scale victory today: I noticed that I no longer bang my elbows against the wall when showering.
Itβs not that I am wide, but rather that I kept my arms far away from my body.
With all the upper-body workouts, I have been subconsciously keeping my arms at my side.
Also, it is weird when you lose back fat, as you can feel your vertebrae when working out π€
Random thoughts, I know ...
