Yoga!

I have a long training run scheduled for tomorrow, and I NEEDED some stretching tonight.

With this being my first week back doing FB with intentionality in some time, I am SORE. 🤪

I thought about running today, and then I decided I’d rather do FB cardio.

And after some processing, I realized my body actually needed some rest and some stretching. So I chose a yoga/stretching fitness blender video and it was so darn relaxing.

I’m trying to listen to my body, and I’m so grateful that fitness blender has videos for days where I need to give my body rest while still moving some and getting a good stretch.

Do y’all have some favorite rest day videos?

PS: my pup, Remus, was SO CONFUSED by the yoga 🤣
