Feeling guilty for needing a break?

So I've completed Week 4 of FB Fit 2 - loving being halfway through!

But I feel quite burnt out - pandemic stress among other things - and have taken today and yesterday off. I will start week 5 tomorrow if I feel better.

The problem is, I'm really beating myself up over missing a couple of days. It doesn't matter really, does it? :/
