Love your workouts and have followed several of your programs! For a single mum with a full time job (and no housekeeper ;-)), getting to a gym is near impossible, but I can squeeze in time for your workouts as my daughter is busy with her own activities. However, some days I can't find the time unless I want to workout after ten at night. I have tried that and injured myself while jumping 'cause I was to tired... Now I do the 3-day a week booty program plus extra upperbody exercises. It would be great with a 3-days a week total body program, maybe with a 4th optional day. 5 workouts a week, even if they are 30 min long, is just not possible. I suspect there are other people like me, who want to be as fit as possible, but have to adjust our ambitions for the time being and do what we can when we can... Your Fitnessblender guidance would be great!
