I fryed up some chopped zucchini, onions and a red pepper. Once the veggies were almost cooked I added eggs with white pepper & club house la grille chicken with no salt seasoning. Then once on my plate I added a teaspoon of chia seeds. For a treat I'm having a lemon pudding.
