My fiancée and I have been following the low impact round 2 set of exercises, and we've noticed a pain deep inside our hip (on the front), that is especially pronounced when we walk.
Can anybody shed any light on which exercise might be the culprit? And is there a stretch we could do more of to help alleviate it?
