Daily Check-in: Thursday, July 16th

Good Thursday all around to you, FB Fam. We are ever so much closer to a weekend, so that also means we need to right away know who will be ghosting (guest hosting) the check-ins for the weekend. Calling on, Lynna, how would you like to do this weekend? It's fine if you can't, but if you want, let me know because it's yours to accept or refuse! ..Also, to everyone, if you'd ever like to guest host yourself for the weekend (Saturday & Sunday) here, speak up! All that's required is the desire to do so. And we'd love to have you in this seat so we can spice things up with variety!

Spice also being those things that go in food, so tell me, tell us what you are putting spices in and on today for those meals. Take the thyme or curry up. Either way these puns are marjoram at best. So have a delicious and nutritious meal or two or three and have a look at the non edible Wood Sage (Canada Germander is another name) for today's photo. It's part of the mint family and while it has no minty or sagey smell, that doesn't stop the the butterflies and bees. Always lots of options for our flying friends.

Which leads us right to so many options when it comes to those workouts! I will be doing some pilates and low impact cardio for myself today, but what work will you be choosing or was selected for you? Either way, keep those ever important modifications handy!
