I like reading stories and seeing pictures of people who exercise and eat healthy here and I love it. I was also searching on Instagram to look for fitness accounts of women to help me stay motivated. Yet, most accounts are women that exercise 6 times a week for multiple hours a day (because being fit is their job). Obviously, me, a full-time student with two part-time jobs is not able to do that. I am looking for more 'real' women Instagram accounts who really like fitness and being healthy and are motivators but also are realistic that not everyone can exercise for 4 hours a day. (Why I love FB btw, they keep it real and honest)
