I've got an injury in my bone under my right knee. My doc said I should try not to load my right leg at all and even asked me to avoid any activities like running or jumping for the next 8 weeks. Since I want to go on with my workouts, I would like to ask which workout is best for my upper body that won't cause any pain or put a big load on my knee.
