I'm considering getting one of the FB meal plans, but I'm concerned I won't really be able to make the most of it. Basically, given my current home situation I would likely be able to stick with it for breakfast and lunch, but then dinner with the rest of my family wouldn't necessarily be following the scheduled or recommended meals. I would still strive for the general idea of clean eating/moderation with dinner, of course.
Is it worth investing in one of the meal plans if realistically I'll be following it 75% of the time?
