Having an off day...

Hello all

Hope you all had a good weekend. I was supposed to do this yesterday;

But had to take a rest day as my UB was still really sore from Friday's workout and my LB was sore from LBS. Had to battle with myself but in the end I realized I needed a rest day.

So I had to tackle it today. Have to be honest and say I really struggled. Not with the workout itself it's a solid mid-range classic custom-isable workout (not sure that's a word if not I made it up.) I just really lacked motivation and felt out of sorts. Normally I enjoy UBS and pushing myself but today I found myself wanting to lift lighter and just get it done.

I managed 6 baby press up's at the end (for the burnout round) and just bailed on the supine push up's, although that was partly due to a lack of space.

But I suppose I got it done even with my moaning! Maybe that's just how it is sometimes. I am just so used to tackling a workout and feeling really good and boosted so it's odd.
