Good Morning/Afternoon/Evening Blendfriends,

So here we are at another self-care Sunday. Today is a rest day for me so the hammock and a good book sound good.

Above is a picture of one of the red cabbages growing in our garden and just about ready to harvest. I posted it because I have a cabbage patch of children and another celebrating a birthday today. My second to oldest daughter turned 37 today. Definitely a birthday weekend.

On to food. Did you eat too much celebrating yesterday or have a good healthy food day? What is on the menu for today?

For us smoothies for breakfast, salads for lunch and lentil burgers with caramelized onions for dinner.

I will wrap this weekend up with a thought for the day:
