I'm practically doing only FB programs all year around since 3 years almost.
But these last months I found myself too much bulky, and I don't like it.
I lift pretty heavy I would say, but it's not the physique I want to achieve.
I want to be more lean and don't appear bulky (please don't tell me that weight lifting doesnt make you bulky, I know that but some people tend to take a lot of muscle doing weight lifting and I'm one of them so).
I searched a lot online and it appear that doing high rep (16 +) and lifting less (like 50% of what you normally left) help for getting toned and not *grow muscle*.
My question is do you think fitness blender workout can be modified in that way without arming myself? I don't wanna do mistakes and ending up injuring myself.
Maybe some of you already doing that ? Any tip ?
Oh and I know some people will say: if you getting bulky it's because of what you eat ! But no, I eat healthy and lots of different food, so it's not this.
