I was trying to push myself and lifted a bit heavier than usual for bicep curls. At completion of the set, my forearms, in the area right below the elbow were feeling really strained. Could this be a sign that my form was not sound? Maybe I was compensating?

I was trying to push myself and lifted a bit heavier than usual for bicep curls. At completion of the set, my forearms, in the area right below the elbow were feeling really strained. Could this be a sign that my form was not sound? Maybe I was compensating?
