Perspiration Pals - July 2.

What's up, P Pals? πŸ˜‰

Sweat Day 11. Today I decided to split my scheduled workouts, as to do the main afternoon-ish, and the EC later in the evening.

Well, the main is done and I enjoyed it. I actually appreciate this type of workout so much more than HIITing. However, 10 sets of jumping jacks?! You can call the variations whatever you want but they’re all jacks. So, I enjoyed it, but not enough to save it in favorites. πŸ˜…

The EC is supposed to be longer core routine we recently did in Abs2 and as I didn't like it that much, I subbed it for another. However, before doing the EC, I took a moment to get in the mood for the second workout time today. 😊 OK, it was to eat... chocolate... with the spoon... πŸ˜‡πŸ˜‚

Then hubby came in to see what's taking so long (read: I didn't growl as per usual πŸ˜…) and so the moment is captured on the pic. πŸ˜‚ What can I say? At least I used the spoon. Because, if you remember, I can also put a whole chocolate-covered spatula in my mouth. πŸ˜πŸ˜… So, there's that.πŸ˜‚
