I love that I can put notes on different routines in fb+. That has helped me decide between doing routine a or b some days, based on what is or is not wanting to work in my body. It would be great if on the programs we purchase (and even on the challenges) that same option existed. For example, I have been doing bodyweight, but there are lots of HIIT routines that I. just. cannot. do. at all. I would love to be able to note the days that I would need to substitute a more appropriate routine on the program itself, rather than have to look through each day, each time I want to do the program. whaddya think?
