I have recently bought 2kg dumbells and looking to implement them into a fat loss workout. However I have a bad knee from a previous rugby injury and struggle to do squats, lunges etc.
Is there a workout set I can follow that isnt heavy on the knees? For reference in 5"3 144lbs.
