Intermittent Fasting - Week 3 - Carbattack

You can't drive a car without gas, right? Well, you can, but that's not the point.๐Ÿ˜… Having some food to fuel yourself properly for the day is 'feeding' your brain too. What Iโ€™m saying is โ€“ introducing breakfast back again was a good call.๐Ÿ˜

The biggest personal victory was filling up half of my plate with veggies before meat, sides, dressings, and/or sauces. Also, eating more beans. As a result, I stayed fuller longer, making the mornings when I eat a bit later - bearable.๐Ÿ˜‰

Furthermore, Iโ€™m becoming really good at โ€˜watering myselfโ€™, as Iโ€™m not required to skip non-caloric beverages. Drinking tons of water, seltzer, and unsweetened beverages (read: tea) all 'count' toward my daily hydration needs. So far, so good.๐Ÿ˜Š

Now the bad news, sort of. I had a few headaches.๐Ÿ™„ I was sure because of the weather. Well, they stopped after eating sugar (read: chocolate). Hence the meme, to indulge and to avoid a headache in the future. Smart, no?๐Ÿ˜Ž
